Imagine a “Tea Party” with your favorite girlfriends young and old. Imagine glorious flowers everywhere, hats and party dresses. Don’t forget dancing ballerinas and a violinist leading little girls around a May Pole. Add mounds of pastries, high tea, champagne and heart-shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. This is just the party that Natalie Rekstad-Lynn and her daughter, Sophie, imagined several years ago and started throwing each spring ever since. With such flair for entertaining special women and girls in their lives, no wonder that Natalie is such a hit in the world of Colorado Arts as well.

Founder of Salon du Musee, a non profit that strengthens Colorado’s presence as a cultural destination, Natalie teams up with Denver Art Museum curators to select and hang an exhibit offered for sale each year in October. This year the show will run from October 1 through October 16 at DAM and all proceeds will benefit the DAM. For more information, go to
